Artisan bread rolls are available in an impressive variety of flavors, sizes 2, 3, 4, 6 inches, triangle and diamond shapes, our rolls are made with natural ingredients baked in large quantities at state-of-the-art facilities but with a technique that preserves the artisanal bakery method – with special attention paid to the hydration and fermentation process. Every product made in our bakery meets high food safety standards (GFSI, SQF certification) so that our customers’ needs are met from breakfast to supper, at home, at the office, at lunch and for special occasions. We are pleased to offer option of sliced, unsliced, individually wrapped, peanut-free and kosher certified.
We master the art of soft baking and tasty pâte à choux. Choux pastry is required for profiteroles, Éclairs, Paris-Brest, St Honoré Cake, just to name a few. Crispy on the outside & soft and airy on the inside, it can be sweet, filled with cream or ice cream, or the filling of your choice. Our pâte à choux is available in different sizes and shapes: puffs, profiteroles and éclairs and mini éclairs. Different options are available: Products ready for thaw and sell (already filled and glazed) or empty shells that you can fill yourself.
